HISTORY

Atlantik shipping and trading inc. Was established in 1984. Then in the course of time sea dredging department was added to the business lines of the company.

In this field atlantik has enjoyed several joint successes with the odessa based black sea & azov dredging company,
a ukrainian company holding the second largest dredging ship fleet in the world. Atlantik shipping and trading inc.

Played a significant role in expanding their services worldwide. Among the major projects realized together are the thailand dredging project bid,
deepening project of casablanca container port and the dredging project of the erdemir's new port bid.

6 million cubic meters of sea bed were dredged to deepen the 1350 meters long quay of the new port of erdemir in the last project. In addition to these,
atlantik has acted as an international contractor for several construction projects.

Atlantik shipping and trading inc. Has reached its natural destiny in 1998 and the shipbuilding and ship ownership departments have been established as the core of the business. Since that time, those departments have grown to be the strongholds of the company.
